You affirm that you are the owner of the mobile device linked to your enrollment in the SMS Program, and you are responsible for any messages sent from that device. You acknowledge that text messages are not encrypted, and that third parties may sometimes intercept or falsely appear to send messages on behalf of Clearview Insurance Group. You agree not to send confidential or sensitive information to Clearview Insurance Group or its affiliates via text message. By continuing to use the SMS Program, you accept that Clearview Insurance Group is not liable for any unauthorized access, interception, or issues related to text communication delivery.
Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier, and by enrolling in the SMS Program, you agree to cover any associated charges. Clearview Insurance Group does not charge for use of the SMS Program itself.
The frequency of messages you receive will depend on the SMS Program and your interactions. To stop receiving messages, text STOP or CANCEL. After doing so, you will receive one final message confirming your choice to unsubscribe. To rejoin, simply text IN or YES, and you will receive confirmation of your re-enrollment. You can also opt out by calling 888-593-1830 or emailing info@clearviewmedicare.com. You agree to notify Clearview Insurance Group promptly if your mobile phone number changes. By enrolling in the SMS Program, you acknowledge and consent to Clearview Insurance Group’s Privacy Policy. Clearview Insurance Group reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS Program at any time without notice.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and any other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
